 Dr. Vinay Reddy is a Physiatrist who specializes in spine and nerve disorders. Dr. Reddy is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Board of Pain Medicine, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and is a certified brain injury specialist.  He founded Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center in 2003 with the goal of building a state-of-the-art institution dedicated to providing hope, education, compassion and treatment for spine pain sufferers. Today, Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center treats over 6,000 individuals a year and employs over 80 full time providers and staff at 5 locations.  Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center was recognized in 2020 by Senator Kamala Harris and the U.S. Senate as a Center of Excellence for Spine Care.

Karen Cain is a Physician Assistant who specializes in spine disorders. She attended Pepperdine University in California and in Germany where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Science. After earning her Physician Assistant degree in Southern California, Karen returned to the Sacramento area and worked in Pain Management from 2001 through 2004. In 2004, she joined Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center and became the first medical provider to join Dr. Vinay Reddy. In 2007, Karen assisted in the development of the Roseville office. Karen believes in the strength of an integrated approach to help patients manage chronic pain. A multimodal approach is used to create treatment plans individual to each patient. She is a Sacramento native. Karen lives in Placer County and is married and has two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys cooking, photography and animals.

 Cary has been a licensed physical therapist in the state of California since 1996. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from California Lutheran University, and his Master’s in Physical Therapy from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. Cary earned a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certificate from the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2000.

Outside of work commitments, Cary spends time with his family. He loves being a fan of his young adult children’s sports interests of baseball and gymnastics. He also serves as an athletic trainer for Granite Bay High School, providing athletic training services and injury management for all sports athletes. Cary enjoys being with friends, camping, butter pecan syrup from IHOP and working on self-improvement activities.

A Menlo Park native, Dennis handles X-rays and posturography. He enjoys working out, is a foodie (especially sushi, Mexican, & Italian), and running. Dennis has fond memories of his trip to Turks & Caicos and loves spending time with his son and his Frenchie Fancy.

Hana is a Sacramento native and Sierra College graduate who manages the chaos of the front desk with Abbey. She likes to watch movies and hanging out with her dog Titan. Hana shares a love of pasta and chocolate with Abbey.

Martina works with Karen and is a Roseville native and UC Davis graduate who loves drawing, spending time with friends, and coffee shops. She also loves her dog, Riley, and cookies 'n' cream milkshakes. Martina starts med school in the fall.

Arvind is a Roseville native and UC Davis graduate who loves reading, writing, and watching obscure movies. Arvind likes to roadtrip and dreams often of pepperoni pizza with fudge brownie ice cream.
